Returns & Refunds Policy
We want to give you something that you will love or be proud to give as a gift to a loved one. That is why we don’t sell anything that we wouldn’t use ourselves!
Returns and exchanges
As we make our products one at a time, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to fitting issues.
We have size charts available for each product on our website. Please see listing photos for sizing and material information before placing your order.
In the event you wish to cancel or change your order, please contact us within 6 hours upon confirmation of the order via support@astralspot.com. Please keep in mind that any cancellations after 6 hours upon approval of the order will no longer be allowed.
Damaged Items
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since delivery date of your package, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or replacement.
We only send refunds/replacements for items that are damaged due to our error; (1) You received a damaged item. (2) We sent you a different size from your original order.
If any of these reasons apply, please take a photo of the item which clearly displays the damage and email us the photo along with a description of the damaged item and your Order Number.
Refunds: Once we receive your email and assess the damage, we will be in contact with you to determine the needed outcome. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Replacements: We do not require customers to return damaged goods. Once we receive your email with the photo of the damage and the order, we will then arrange to send the replacement and email you a new tracking number.
Refunds / Replacements are not granted if you report an issue more than 30 days after delivery date.
Defective, Incorrect, or Missing Items
Upon receiving your order, please thoroughly check the delivered items. Should you receive an item that is defective, incorrect, or you believe that you are missing an item please email us within 2 days of delivery. Include a photo and description of the issue along with your Order Number to ensure a speedy resolution.
Shipping Times
Once your order is placed, it can take 2-10 business days before it is made and handed over for delivery. We cannot guarantee any shipping times and the delivery times given at check out are ESTIMATES only.
Please also consider that National Holidays and inclement weather can slow the delivery times.
Returned to Sender & Refused Packages
This can happen if
1) an address is invalid or missing information,
2) the carrier is unable to deliver your package
3) the order is refused by the customer at the time of delivery.
* PLEASE VERIFY THAT YOUR NAME & ADDRESS ARE CORRECT IN YOUR ACCOUNT BEFORE PLACING ORDER *
We ship to the name and address that you supply to us from your account. We are not responsible for packages sent to the wrong address, missing or returned. Once your package has shipped, we cannot make any address changes. You will need to get in contact with USPS and have them re-route your package for a fee.
If the package is returned to us, we will re-ship at buyers expense to the correct address.
Any orders, especially those over $100 may be sent via signature required. You, the buyer, need to keep your eyes on the tracking information given when your order ships so you can be home to sign or make other arrangements with the carrier for pick up. If your package is returned to us due to failed delivery attempts or refusal of delivery, we reserve the right to refund your order, minus the original shipping cost and minus a 20% restocking fee.
Missing Orders
For orders with multiple items, please be informed that we tend to ship your orders in separate packages as some of our items come from different dispatch areas. You will receive an email notification indicating which item/s from your order/s have shipped.
If there is a missing item from orders that were sent in one package, please take a clear photo of the shipping label that shows your name, contents of the package and weight of the package. Please also take clear photos of the item/s you received. Kindly email photos to support@astralspot.com. Once your photos are received and reviewed, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your photos and the next procedures.
International Orders
International customers are responsible for customs duties and/or brokerage fees in addition to shipping cost assessed during checkout. By submitting your order, you are signifying that you have read and agree to ALL the terms and policies set forth by Astral Spot. We want you to be happy with our service to you, so if you have any problems at all please do not hesitate to contact us, we will get back to you as soon as we possibly can!
